In an interview with the Motley Fool titled 'Is Artificial Intelligence Stifling Innovation,' Gutsche explains how easily companies can become disrupted by focusing on optimization alone. In Gutsche's own words, "Companies are failing to adapt, and I believe optimization is currently one of the biggest risks at its face, especially by larger companies." Gutsche goes on to explain that while optimization can be a powerful tool when approached with tact, it often serve as a distraction that's blocking companies from finding a breakthrough idea.
